The achievement and demonstration of sound environmental performance is a primary objective of Metals Trading Environment Management Policy.

Waste Management Solutions

Metals Trading have extensive experience in processing all types of metal swarf at the industrial level and can use this knowledge to assist all interested clients in selecting the most appropriate method for them. Arthur Foster and the management team have done extensive world wide research into various briquetting methods and machinery.

It is important to select the optimum swarf processing method to create a value-added product, recover and recycle coolant and protect the environment by avoiding potentially damaging disposal processes.

Briquetting metal swarf into compact metal blocks allows coolant to be recovered and recycled while the metal is in a recycling friendly form.

Coolant can also be recovered from metal swarf via a centrifuging process. This is ideal for mixed or contaminated swarf that may need further processing prior to recycling.
